Meet Our Pastor
Bishop Brown-Hall loves the Lord and is committed to live for Jesus. She is steadfast, unmovable and always abounds in the work of the Lord as commanded by 1 Corinthians 15:58. Her extensive ministerial service has made a significant impact to Kingdom building by spreading the Gospel and heeding to God’s Word. Her confession has remained, “…. not to do my own will, but the will of Him that sent me….” (John 6:38). Nevertheless, thy will be done!

Nevertheless Outreach Ministry Church (NTL) is a 501C3 Non-Profit Ministry in the District of Columbia and it operates as a religious organization that promotes the truth of God’s word while assessing the needs of God’s people to ascertain whether they have a relationship with the Lord and d to strengthen the saved in their faith.
