Reverend Lynda Brown-Hall has received numerous awards and accommodations from President Barack Obama for her extensive missions work in Kenya, East Africa 2012; Outstanding Alumni Award from the Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary 2015; Women in Worship, Excel Award, Culpeper, VA 2015; C.A.B. Outreach Ministries International, You Make The Difference Award in Global Missions, Alexandria, VA 2017; Connecting Destiny to Destiny, Distinguished Women of the Month, August 2021 Edition; Peachtree Foundation, Excellence in Service as a Community Leader Award, Temple Hills, MD 2022; ACHI Magazine Award 2023, along with many other awards from local civic organizations and churches.
She is the organizer and Senior Pastor of Nevertheless Outreach Ministry Church that was organized by her as an outreach ministry in 1991 and later launched as a church in 2019, as a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit organization operating in the District of Columbia. Her ministry reach is within the US, DMV and around the world to include Kenya, East Africa, Liberia, Madhira, India, where she has special projects operating, and more. Her community work has not gone unnoticed by local government, private sector, medical facilities and most recently (2022) she lead the charge to get Naloxone in the school systems with in D.C., and can be seen passing it along with Fentanyl Strips on the street corners to save lives.
She possesses over 35 years of ministerial training across the spectrum of serving God’s people in every area of their lives, as well as over 47 years within various Federal Law Enforcement Agencies from which she retired in 1998 with numerous awards. Additionally, she is a member of various organizations: Lott Carey Foreign Missions Society, North American Baptist Fellowship, Baptist World Alliance, Potomac River Baptist Association, Ecumenical Associations of Leaders and Pastors on their Adjudication Council, Ecumenical Global Missions Alliance and the District of Columbia Baptist Convention. Her spiritual leaders: Reverend Charles W. McNeill, Jr., Pastor of Unity Baptist Church, Presiding Prelate, Bishop Carroll A. Baltimore, and her home church, Central Baptist Church of Camp Springs, MD, Pastor Lincoln Burruss, Jr.
Her belief in proper biblical training in the matters of God, has yielded her the following Christian Degrees: Maple Springs Baptist Bible College and Seminary-Master of Divinity 2010, Christian Counseling; Bachelor of Biblical Studies-Pastoral Ministries – Cum Laude – 2007; Certificate of Biblical Studies from the Washington Bible College 1994, Crisis Intervention Counseling Certification from the Department of Justice, Justice Prison Fellowship Program Participant Certificate and many others. She possesses a current Certified Christian Counselor License through the National Association of Health Care Professionals. She will receive a Doctorate Degree in December 2024 in Christian Leadership from Restoration International University.
She is a Contributing Co-Author to: Determine to Succeed, Guide to the Criminal Justice System, Faith For Fairy Trials Vol III, Triumphant Faith In Trying Times, and Faith For Fairy Trials Daily Devotional.
She is the proud mother of two: Morse Hall, III and Juanita Hall. Proud Grandmother of five: Zaire, Zaniya, Zakira, Morissa and Jeremiah, III and one God-daughter, Dawn Ware and God-Granddaughter Kamiya, and Great-Grandmother to Camdyn Thomas.

Reverend Sherlene McIntosh
Executive Assistant to the Bishop / Community Outreach Leader
Reverend Sherlene McIntosh was born to the late Andy and Edna Jones in Trenton New Jersey. She attended schools in Mercer County and graduated from Trenton Central High School. She gave her life to Christ at the early age of 13 and was baptized at New Salem Baptist Church in Trenton, New Jersey. She was married to the late Johnnie McIntosh and has two sons, Jason and Matthew who she thinks are just awesome and amazing. She was licensed to preach the gospel on June 4, 2022, at Nevertheless Outreach Ministry, Bishop Lynda Brown-Hall. She serves as the Executive Assistant to the Pastor and the Community Outreach Leader.
She attended Rutgers University and graduated in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science & Sociology and has done graduate studies at the George Washington University. After a stellar career at the United States Department of Education, Washington, DC, she retired on January 3, 2014, where she served in various positions as a manager and had the opportunity to be a public servant for over 33 years. She loves participating with the Toastmasters International Organization and is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), which is the highest distinction as a Toastmaster. In this role she has served in many leadership positions in District 27.
She currently serves as a mentor and coach to some of her family members and to individuals in the DMV. She loves to read, listen to all forms of music (especially jazz). She has a great passion for people, especially the homeless, those trying to find their way and individuals who are dealing with various addictions.
Her love for God is breathtaking as she would say…. Her favorite scripture is: Proverbs 3: 5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understandings in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your path.”
Reverend Roxanne Watkins
Women’s Ministry Leader
Reverend Roxanne Watkins was born to late Milton Watkins and Margaret Chase in the District of Columbia (DC). She attended schools in DC and obtain her GED from Morgan Town West Virginia. She has done undergraduate studies at Prince Georges County Community College. She accepted Christ at the age 47 and was baptized at, The Church of Living Waters, Washington, D.C. She has one daughter, KeaSha Rogers. She obtained her initial license as an Evangelist from the Gateway Cathedral of Praise, the late Bishop Diana L. Dunn. She later joined Nevertheless Outreach Ministry Church and was there licensed to preach the gospel on June 4, 2022 and ordained on August 4, 2023 by Bishop Lynda Brown-Hall, where she serves at the Intercessory Prayer Lead and assist the pastor with Sunday School and Bible Study presentations.
Her outreach experience in serving the community is extensive and included, but are not limited to: Community Outreach, being a member of the Prayer Squad at her previous church, caring for the homeless, leading meeting on drug prevention, along with lending a listening ear. She is currently employed at New Hope Housing, Inc., Alexandria VA.
She is a dedicated servant of God through many toils and snares she has already overcome. She maintains her focus and heart towards the matters of God in her unwavering commitment to serving others. Her faithfulness is to be commended.
Her favorite Scripture Philippians 3:16, “I can do all thing through Christ who strengthens me”.
