Nevertheless Outreach Ministry Church (NTL) is a 501C3 Non-Profit Ministry in the District of Columbia and it operates as a religious organization that promotes the truth of God’s word while assessing the needs of God’s people to ascertain whether they have a relationship with the Lord and to strengthen the saved in their faith.
NTL was launched as a church in January 2019, but has operated as an outreach ministry since August 1991 throughout the District of Columbia and the world. IN that capacity we have served locally and around the world in Guyana, India, London, Amsterdam, and Liberia.

Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry of NTL is led by Bishop Lynda Brown-Hall, who is dedicated to providing a safe place for all women of all nationalities to come and be free to learn of God, His will and His ways.
Intercessory Prayer
NTL Intercessory Prayer Hour is designated to pray for those that request prayer to address needs as defined. We are committed to seek God for guidance in the manner in which we are to pray prior to our gathering to pray.
Outreach Ministry
The church’s community outreach ministry aims to foster meaningful connections and support within the community.
NLT Scholarship
Each High School Student seeking to attend college can apply for the “Juanita Virginia Brown Educational Scholarship”.
Youth & Young Adult Ministry
The Youth and Young Adult Ministry of Nevertheless Outreach Ministry Church, provides a dynamic and engaging space for adolescents and young adults.
